A spectacular show

Organized by

  • Innovative race scenarios

DCL pilots will run by 2, 4 or 8 contestants, making the races both spectacular and totally uncertain. Only the best pilots in the world can be competitive and race for several hours in the huge protective cage set in the middle of the Champs-Elysees Avenue. Even the smallest mistake on this very special track is eliminatory. Get ready !

  • The very best pilots

Selected by DCL, the 42 international pilots are invited to compete individually or as part of a team, to succeed to the 2016 winner : 19yo Dunkan Bossion from France. Coming from various countries, all the pilots have demonstrated extraordinary skills for piloting drones at very high speed through their video goggles.

A very unique festival

  • A pedagogical space

At Paris Drone Festival, we believe that everyone should be able to have fun while improving knowledge about drones. You will be able to discover how a drone works and can be repaired through a variety of conferences, workshops and demos for young and old. All of our contents and animations are also designed to cover the drone regulations and safety instructions.

  • Your first drone lesson

Some partners will host hands-on sessions with their latest products on the Champs-Elysées. It’s the best opportunity to receive your first lesson on how to control a drone and/or try new devices to compare functions and characteristics.

  • What's up in the drone industry?

Paris Drone Festival is the ideal place to discover what’s new in the drone industry. Partners and exhibitors will showcase their know-how and how they use drones to complete different kinds of missions.

  • Drone racing simulators

Come and play to Lift Off and try to race against the champions on the simulators. We have realistically reproduced the design from the real track on the Champs-Elysées Avenue. Therefore, you can put yourself directly in the pilot’s position and enjoy a comparable experience.
